Meet Sandra Namususwa, 29-year-old Leadership & Development (L&D) Supervisor from eastern Uganda. Sandra has worked with Bridge for four years now. From working as a Bridge ambassador to becoming an L&D Supervisor, Sandra has continued to grow both personally and professionally. Her love for children motivates her to work hard every day, so that all children get a great education, “no matter their socio-economic background,” says Sandra.  

She adds: “I love working with Bridge because I get to see results and the impact of my work on the children and families in the different communities. It fills me with pride when I’m working in the community and parents wave at me or stop me to thank me for the positive change they see in their children.”

Sandra has been one of the top performers in the Schools department. She has played a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of our schools, ensuring that they have learning materials, that teachers are in class and that they are following the lesson guides. Thank you, Sandra!
